My Friends,
A death row inmate needs your help. Brian Davis # 999036 has an execution date for May 7. He has 35 days to live and things are not looking good because his attorneys missed a crucial deadline.

Since he is classified Level 2 he can not even see all of his family because he can only have 2 visits a month. He can not have his radio ot typewriter. He can not even spend what little money he has on his account.

He is housed on A pod, F Section with 13 others who have execution dates. They are getting regular visits and spending money in commisary. THIS MAN HAS 35 DAYS TO LIVE. Why are they punishing him still by denying his visits?

Please will everyone contact Polunsky and request to speak with Warden Massey. Ask him to please let Brian be put on level 1 for the last 30 days of his life. He would love to visit his Sons and family as much as possible before his execution. Please help. appeal to compassion, appeal to sympathy, parenthood and love.

Thanks a lot - those people there at Polunsky are able to shock me everytime.

You're welcome. As well as sending it to various groups in TX and the rest of the US, I also sent it to Rick Halperin who works for Amnesty in the US. Fingers crossed he gets more visiting time. I have heard of this kind of thing before. it disgusts me that someone can deprive someone with a death sentence hanging over their heads of seeing their loved ones.

Joolz,their is more than one warden at polunsky.The three I know of: Zeller,Massey,Chance.Most times I have called I have gotten Warden Massey.God Bless.................Spencer

take the number from the writing: 967-8082 - this works fine.
and ask for Warden Massey as requested. I think he is the person who can change the Level of Brian Davis.
