Hi !

I have a friend who was sentenced to death in Missouri (big news before about 4 weeks - he gets another sentence-trial) and he told me, that the death row prisoners there are together with the population prisoners since a death row prisoner won a lawsuit about the conditions. He is not able to tell me any case number or anything, but I would love to read this lawsuit. It was before about 10 years - thats all I know. Does anybody know about it ?

i thought that the decision to mix in the d p cases with the general prison population was an initiative by the governor to save money....i would be interested to read about such a lawsuit, please let me know!
