Did anyone see The System on court tv about Teresa Fargson? I wish there was something that I could do for her and her family. I knew that Georgia was corrupt, but that was almost more than I could stomach! The system is stopping a lawyer from testifing on what she knows that could help that poor woman. They didn't call witnesses that could place the child with the mother at the Kroger. They didn't investigate anyone else but the mother. How can those people sleep at night. I know that the DA's job is to prosecute, but it is suppose to be the "Justice System" not the Injustice System! I am so sick at what I saw tonight that I can't sleep. I thought that my family had it bad with my son being in prison, but that family is going though something that I just didn't think would happen in this day and age. I know that the DA twists things to get what the want, but the incompetence that was shown in this particular case was just criminal in itself! I have to drive through Macon when I go to Unadilla to see my son. I pray that I never get stopped driving through there. I my never see daylight again it that happens. It seems like something that you would see in a bad B rated movie. My Heart and prayers go out to each and everyone of Teresa Fargason's family. I wish I could help in some way. I will at least pray!

Barb,
I watched the Teresa Fargason story last night, and it sent chills up my spine. in my opinion, she was pre judged and never stood a chance, and now not only has she lost her daughter, but her own life (as she knew it) as well. I feel so badly for her and her entire family, I will keep all of them in my prayers as well.

aww I missed it! I have no clue who she is, her story or anything. Maybe it will come on again. I'd like to learn more about it.

Thanks for sharing ladies!

It is going to re-air again on Sunday at 10pm on court tv, The program is called The System. It is about a Georgia woman from Macon Georgia that was wrongfully accused and convicted of murdering her 6 year old daughter. Please watch it if you can on Sunday. It was a very powerful show and will show you the corruption and abuse of our judical system

I saw it and it seemed like she didn't stand a chance. Kebela, Ms. Fargason was not from Macon, Ga but Alabama. I believe that may have had a negative effect on her case. Had she been a townsperson there would've been more people to attest to her character. Seems like since it'a a rather small place, people are more tight-knit.

the truth is that none of us really know if she is innocent... i have doubts about her.. there something not right about her. and the cop too he also had something to do there. but i really feel that she knows exactly what happened.
