Yes, friends, there is sex in prison, and not just the stereotyped homosexual or sensationalized prison rape.

There are all three kinds of sex in the joint: homosexual, heterosexual and, this is where I’m s’posed to speak softly, monosexual. A recent newspaper article was a catalyst for my memory banks:

LEXINGTON, Ky. — A federal grand jury … indicted two employees of the Atwood Prison Camp of the Federal Medical Center in Lexington on charges of having sex with inmates, according to the U.S. Attorney.

LOL (that’s Laughing Out Loud in Internet shorthand). I couldn’t help myself. Trick-bagged from the git-go; what fool coppers those guys must have been. There ain’t no such thing as secret-sex with one or two girlies in a sea of women.

Puhleeze! There’s a lot to be said for a hot and heated prison-type romantic interlude. But beware — I’ve never heard of any that didn’t have an adverse effect on the players.

For the uninformed, federal prisons have housing on the prison property besides cellblocks.

Thanks for sharing! This happens everywhere! At the camp in Marion an inmate was caught with a lieutenants daugher, who also lived on the compound. If the BOP would just revise their visiting policy to include "marriage privledges", the poor AW's wife wouldn't have become a victim.

Late in 2003 a female CO was indicted and plead guilty to having sex with a male inmate in return for her bringing in a cellphone. Ummmmmm... Equality in the BOP???? Nah, just a wayward thought.
