Here is some good information for those active duty military members that may be about to deploy or Reservist called to Active Duty for Iraq.

The Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act was designed to provide some protection to military members who because of transfer or recall to service find "their legal rights or financial obligations are "materially affected" by the unforeseen recall to active duty."
