I am ready to pick this bundle of glass and plastic up and heave it through the closest window creating more plastic and glass bundles.
It wouldn't work for the longest time, everything is powered on and lights blink and things hum, the scanner acts as though it's working then it just stops...stuck in the middle of the scan. grrrrrr
For a few days it worked fine! That's when I was able to scan about five pictures and then caput...
It now LOVES to act as though it's running and scanning things, but when it's done, the only thing I get is a big sheet of white in Adobe. No picture comes up. Last night I got it to scan something one time and when it came up in too small of a pixel size to see clearly, I scanned it again and it wouldn't work. White sheet of jpeg/pdd format comes up.
Umax refuses responsibility even though it's their product. Dell refuses responsibility saying it's manufacturer oriented.
I refuse responsibility because it hates me as much as I hate it.
Can anyone help me? Maybe someone knows a quick fix? Maybe someone has had this problem with their scanner? oh how I will thank you if you can help me! :)
