Man in critical condition after struggle with police

A man is in a critical condition after a struggle with police in Cairns last night.

It is alleged the 20-year-old man acted violently towards police when they approached him following reports of a disturbance at Kewarra beach.

Police had to use capsicum spray when the man tried to grab one of the officer's firearms.

A short time later he was rushed to Cairns Base Hospital after he collapsed and stopped breathing.

Senior Police and the Queensland Police Service Ethical Standards Command will conduct a full investigation into the matter.

Yeah good luck to the investigation, they did this to my husband, and the investigation showed the "police" were right.
This makes me angry
Queensland Police murder a guy and blame the capsicum spray, get away with it, while the autopsy clearly shows the man had a foot blocking his airways.
Way to go Queensland police, they bring in there own death penalty
