Hello everyone,

My name is Sheryl and I have only recently joined PTO. I am currently facing federal time, maybe 12-24 months.

I have found this website to be fabulous. It has been very informative and put many of my fears to rest. But more than that it has provided tons of contact with people who don't think my life is over. And they don't think I'm a horrible person for having made a mistake. The feedback has given me faith in myself and hope for my future.

I look forward to doing my time and coming out on the other side. I look forward to coming back to PTO and providing details and information about my experiences which will help someone else.

Thanks to all of you. I appreciate you more than you know.

Sheryl

Sheryl,
Welcome to PTO.. Having been in your shoes to some extent, I know that feeling of feeling your life is over, and it definitely is not the case.. I'm glad that is behind you now.

Hi! My name is Carolyn and I am new to PTO too! I have now been snared into the FEDS clutches and I now wait, and wait as well.

I think PTO is an extremely valuable tool for those of us waiting, and our families. I would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to both cjjack and friscolady for their boundless energy and wisdom that they so willing share with all of us ... with gratitude! Mach1

sherryl, Welcome and I know I cant say I know what your going through cause I have not been through it. Even though it sure seems like it. But I know you will be fine. I know you haved learned so much here at PTO. Which will help you know somewhat of what u will be going through. And with some prayers you might just get the 12 mos. And I could say time does go by fast. Keep the faith and stay strong you will be fine.

Hi sheryl,Thanks for the info in my other posts, I just wanted to say that I understand about the waiting,Its the worst thing in the world,I think that I will actually feel better once I get there, at least then I will know how much time I have and can start getting it over with. This not knowing is killing me!
