Does anyone know anthing about these two facilities. I will be requesting one of these two. Nellis will be closer to my wife as she is moving to Utah and Eglin will be closer to my kids (all are grown and on their on). My attorney tells me I will be sent to a Camp. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Both are on Air Force bases. Apples and Oranges really. If you can justify a judicial recommendation to one, I cannot think of a way that the other could be justified (if the recommendation can't or won't be followed. Talk about putting all your eggs in one basket!

There are better (in my opinion) strategies for judicial recommendations that will give more certainty.

You mentioned there are better strategies. Can you elaborate???

Sure, but it would help to have additional information. Generally, I use a carefully crafted strategy to "box" the Bureau into making a particular designation decision - or at least one within our control. I hate surprises.

Speaking of FPC Nellis in Las Vegas, NV can someone please give me more information? My soon to be brother-in-law was moved to FPC Nellis a couple of months ago and we plan on visiting him soon. We (his family) live in California and have been approved to visit, however I was just wondering what visiting is like there and are there certain days & times that we are allowed to visit? Also the dress code would be nice.
