I have noticed as I read many of our posts regarding our loved ones that we are having to deal with the Parole Board often. I have also observed that all of us have very different experiences with the board and I thought that by sharing how we approched contacting them and the response we received, maybe we can come up with system of steps when contacting the board to help other members who will be contacting them in the future, or contacting them for 3rd, 4th, 5th times LOL.

Tell us how you contacted them (phone, letter, email, in person, etc.), what information you were trying to receive, what kind of response did you receive and how long did it take for them to get back with you if you had to wait, as well as any other information you might want to share! :D
