I was just wondering if anybody has heard anything else on them suppose to be releasing 600 by June!!! I asked Kevin if he had heard anything...he said he's heard "rumors" goin' around but he didn't know what was for real. So...I was just wondering!!!!

Yeah...Kevin is hoping he's one of them...but who knows. Knowing the ADOC...they'll end up making him stay until January 15, 2006...I hope and pray that isn't the case!!! For real though...they need to start releasing some people...this overcrowding mess is PITIFUL!!!!

I'm not sure where your b/f is locked up at but they are doing early releases in MI. My b/f just got sent back on a PV in Novmeber and wasn;t supoose to see the board till September but got called in last week and is seeing them this week. He is shocked to say the least. He's being 'reconsidered'.. It;s got to do with the new Governor and state funds of course. I'll keep you posted..

I have not heard anymore on this since the nightline show aired. But from what I have read more budget cuts are on the way for the general fund which includes ADOC.
So keep your fingers crossed they can't continue they way they are because there is no money...something has to give!

They have all the names posted for parole dates till July 9 th I think.On the parole & pardon web page.

We just got paroled june 1st, he relaese on the web was 01--01-2006, he was sentenced 6 years, he has only been there since december but he came from georgia on a 5 years sentence and served 3 there but his were consecutive not con current so it was supposed to be 11 years total. If you don't mind me asking where he is and what he was convicted of maybe there case ares somewhat similar and it can give you come insight. As far as I know it's still the non-violent drug offenders. Robby just has to finish the crime bill prog and he's out.
