I can't figure it out if u could tell me I would appreciate it. I am helping other people that need answers so my boyfriend can relay the answers to them. They just want to know if it changed from 85 to 75 percent?

First of all, these guys need to look at their rap sheets to determine what Act or bill they were sentenced under. I can find no Act 1099 or any other such bill. Then they need to know what year they were sentenced.

All of those things will determine how and if they get good time. If they're a habitual offender, they may not qualify for good time. There are also certain crimes that don't qualify for good time.

There are a whole host of factors involved in how much time they're going to do.

Is is talk about the law going to 75%. I thought they didnt start this until end Of April.

My soul mate gets out in 2020 but hopefully if this law does pass and he gets into the program and applies for time served he can get out in 2015 or 2016 any information passed on this bill will be greatly appreciated
