Are there any exceptions to the 90% rule if your crime is one on the list?

So if someone has 1 of the seven deadly sins wat exactly does that mean? And will they take into account that its there first offense or should we get ready for a long prison term?

It is my understanding that if you are charged with one of the 7 deadly sins you will be looking at a minimum sentence of 10 years to the door.
In our son's situation his past was given NO consideration period. He had never been in any kind of trouble before but the DA could care less.
Mind you it is up to the DA"s discretion to press the current charges. I hope in your situation politics and egos are left outside of the court room.
You need to put all your energy into getting the charge reduced. The charge needs to be reduced so it no longer falls under the 7 deadly sins.
You may want to post on the legal forum. There are plenty of paralegals and attorney"s that donate their time on trying to guide you. They may have other suggestions.
Keep praying and stay hopeful!! :)

My son had one other run in with law for pot.
In his case da wanted blood he wanted 6 yr he got 6 months n 10 yr probation
Girl said she 15 he was 18 and she climb in a window to him we need to get this changed
The parents or the girl should be some what responsible da don't care this is wrong when parents let there little girl dress up like a slut n hang out with 17n18 yr old kids
And the da thinks because they r 18 they should know better so my son is sitting in prison rite now

yes there are always exceptions. it is how they do in diagnostics and it is up to the parole board on how long they will serve. Unless during sentencing the judge order straight time. they have changed a few things in Ga this year and next year as well will have some changes in it.
