My sons lawyer just called. This is good. He asked how much time Brad has left on his original sentence. I said two years he said ok heres the deal prosecutor is offering 1 year to run concurrent (Felony). Or time served on a misdemeanor and drop the second charge if the parole board is not going to let him out I said what kind of chit is that. He said the prosecutor dont want him out. I said fxxk that prick. So I guess hes going to take a screwing again.
Man these people piss me off.
ok im done

Will he automatically be denied if he has this added charge run CC? It sounds like a good deal if it won't extend his time. I'm not sure I understand about the second charge. Please explain

He was back here a couple months ago for court on the first charges (felony assualt). While he was here he got in a fight in the county jail and they charged him with another felony assault. The second charges will be droped either way. The prosecuter dont want him to get out right away. He has been back in for several months. I dont know if he will be denied if they run cc. But if they reduce it to a misdemeaner the prosecuter thinks they might let him out at his next parole hearing it is Sometime in november.
