Several of us have spoke of the paper we received years ago when the BOP showed the "capacity vs population" as part of the individual facility information.
A few of you have asked about information on this. So, without having to post it...I found the link that has the information within on the BOP website.
Now in the year 2004, much of this information is out dated considering its from 1996/1997. More beds/bunks have been added to the existing facilities rising the capacity level.
But...the link is offered above for those interested. It does show the serious population problem that exist within the BOP and also where the CO's are widely out numbered. It would be nice to have a current updated version...if any one could help with finding one....please share!
