When an inmate is released (on post release supervision), can they be released in another county other than the county they will be living in?

The will be coordinated between the releasing facility and his Probation/Parole Officer. The PO will be the one picking him up and going over some paperwork and ground rules.
More than likely within a week to a day before his parole he will be moved to a facility closer to his release county, where the PO will pick him up.
