I realize that this is a long shot, but I am wondering if anyone on here was in Attica Prison, New York in the early to mid 1960's, or knows of someone who was that is still alive. I am seeking information about a loved one who was incarcerated at Attica for a few years during that time period. He has since died. I would be interested in talking to anyone who actually knew him in prison, or spoke with him. Some people may have called him "Big Joe". He was also known to our family as "Beans", but he may have not used that name in prison.
