Well, me & my 3 boys headed for Corcoran Thursday morning, I actually dropped my boys off at a friends that lives about 35 miles from the prison. She watched all of them for me so I could go for just ONE visit by myself with him and it was GREAT! They got pulled out of visit again though because of another "emergency count"! But, they were back in about 90 minutes, and we got hugs-n-kisses again upon their return.
We then stayed at my friend's house that night, she said that my boys were great while I was gone. Then the 4 of us went and visited him today, visit ends at 7:45pm, and we just got home at about 11:40pm. Boy, am I tired!!
At near the end of our visit this evening I got teary eyed and told him I just wanted him to come home. Of course I realize we are down to less than 70 days until he is released. But, from time to time it REALLY hits me (more than normal) and I break into tears. But at least I don't cry at every visit anymore like I did when I was pregnant.. LOL

Kelly, you put a smile on my face. Glad things are going good for you. I know Corcoran is not the nicest prison out there. I am looking at that counter you have saying 69 Days, 8 Hours, 31 minutes & 49 seconds (at this page view) and I know it can't go fast enough for you.. BUT.. He will be home very soon.. And you will leave that visitation room behind.
Keep your head & spirits high.. The best has yet to come!

it's always great to hear someone had a good visit. must have been fun to have him all for yourself the first day. and only 67 days at the counter. it probably seems like ages, but it's not that long anymore!
