I WAS JUST WONDERING DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT GETTING TRANSFERRED BACK TO A UNIT? MY SON WAS AT THE ROBERTSON UNIT UP UNTIL ABOUT 4 WEEKS AAGO,AND NOW HE IS AT FERGUSON. WHILE HE WAS AT ROBERTSON, HE NEVER WROTE ME ABOUT ANY TROUBLE. BUT EVER SINCE HE HAS BEEN AT FERGUSON, ALL HE WRITES ABOUT IS BEING THREATENED WITH VIOLENCE AND RAPE!! PLEASE, CAN SOMEONE HELP ME ? ANY IDEAS WHAT TO DO ? I KNOW THERE IS PROBABLY NOTHING I CAN DO, BUT THOUGHT I WOULD ASK. SHERRON :fb:

I don't know about this either. I do know that if an inmate request to take a class or trade that their current unit does not offer...they have to put him in one that does offer it. I don't know how long that takes...but that is an option you may have. Even if there is nothing your son wants to learn..it would be worth it to get out of a unit he is having problems at. You can go to the TDCJ website to find the units and what trades they offer.

I got my husband moved on a medical hardship. This will work if someone on his list has a doctors excuse not to travel long distances.Something else he can do is sign up for a trade or school that is offered on a drifferent unit. Good luck.

well when my brother was having problems she called the warden and they helped her get him moved. it is worth a try any way have him to talk with the major on the unit i hopr you get this problem taken care of
