Does anyone know what a CCSF is? My husband just went to his annual and his dropping to level 2 and he wants me to look into this and i'm not sure where to start? HELP:confused:

I think you may be refering to a CCF. They are prisons private prisons that are not run by the state. There is a forum specifically for the CCF's and MCCF's.
