Welcome to PTO  I'm Denise and my Sweetie was sentenced to 65 months...he'll be home next year...So we've endured almost 4 years of his incarceration. You will find a lot of GREAT support here at PTO...hope to see you often.

Way to go PTO!
How bout that welcome, ehh?

Welcome to PTO!

Glad to see you join and hope we will be able to help out here. I am on lunch break so short on time. Have you tried using our search feature for this location? Your best bet would be to search for "petersburg" and try it 2 separate ways....only in the federal forum...then in Virginia.

If you need help...just ask! We are happy to have you here with us!

Diane

:) Hi,welcome here you will find all the surport that you will need , so if u need to vant ,scream ,
cry, what ever we are here 4 u . any way my husband is now at petersburg and has been now for 3yrs . one thing thing that you must know they go strickly by the book. they do use a drug screaning systom. it call the Iontrack machine and they also used awalk through metal detecive machine . the iontrack machine were you have to rub a thin sheet of papercross your hands and clothes this is to see if U have come incontact with any drugs, after U wipe your hands and clothes the co then insert it into the machine for results and if a postive reading is given you will be turn away. not trying to scare you or ant such thing I'm just given you real advise I know from experance cause I'm now facing this machine. money, is contananated with traces of cocaine and gas will give off a postive reading for tnt I have been turn away twice once for 48hr and then again for 30days
cause of a false reading, I have done my reseach on this machine and found that it is not 100 0/0 correct, and I have taken this test many of times, but other than that I have never had any problem with visting my husband up til now , my 30 day are up and I shall be returnning and I will have to go through this test again fust some heads up on petersburg FCI Medium

This site is phenomenal! Thank you for all of your information, it is INVALUABLE. I've had sooo many questions answered just by searching on here for them! My man just went in a little over a week ago. Two years. It's gonna be a long road if this last week gives me any indication of time...I've heard from him twice and he is doing ok. Again, thanks for your info, especially specific info on Millington Camp. Have a beautiful day.:)
