On Saturday I took the kids to a birthday party...they had one of those go-kart tracks and my dad took my son Travis on.. (travis is a car NUT!) Well, Stephen loves go-karts!! and anything else to do with cars for that matter...anyway I was watching Travis ride around and I got real sad that Stephen wasn't here to be with him, to share this happy time..and I remembered all the times we had come there as a family.....as I looked up from the track I looked in the sky and there between 2 little clouds was a rainbow...I took this as a sign that everything was going to be ok (we just had court the day before) and it was really weird because one of my favorite sayings is "After the rain look for the rainbow"...it is in my signature for months now!! So it just let me know that GOD is on my side watchig out for us, I am just glad He took the time to give me a little sign..........

i agree with the rainbow theory. To me a rainbow means a new beginning, fresh start. And in spite of hubby not being there maybe he was sending you a rainbow on don't lose what you have with him. :) blessings and one of my favorite sayings don't give up before the miracle.

YES, THE RAINBOW IS A SIGN FROM GOD THAT THINGS WILL BE O.K. HONEY, YOUR LIFE IS ABOUT TO BE WONDERFUL AGAIN AND THE KIDS WILL HAVE THEIR FATHER BACK TO DO THOSE SPECIAL THINGS WITH TIME.

I hear you Amelia! One day last fall, I was driving to church and on the way there, I saw a rainbow in the sky...no clouds or rain, so it was kind of wierd. The really great part is that my husband (then fiance) saw a rainbow in the sky up north in Salinas around the same time on the same day!! We tripped when we shared our stories. It was just one more sign from God that our relationship was of Him and that our hope is in Him!! He is an awesome God and I thank Him for all of our rainbows!! Take care and God bless!

you know.... I was sooo down after seeing JD this weekend... but I must admit tht I saw a very beautiful rainbow driving home..... it was strange, because I was driving through Chicago and it rained for all of 3 minutes..... Maybe God was trying to tell me something too.... only he had to send you to remind me.... :)
