not sure if it's been a fluke/coincidence but it's seemed to have helped when i've submitted my apps by fax 'cuz i've had quicker responses that way... when i do it by email, it has taken weeks and weeks to get a response. nonetheless, getting confirmation that you've been approved is AWESOME!!! :)
