I understand there is only one facility for womens federal boot camp - Bryan, Texas. Is this correct? Do you know what qualifies you for boot camp? or what would disqualify you?

When should your attorney bring up boot camp?

On a 15-24 month sentence what would boot camp do to the equation? How long is boot camp? Is it always followed by halfway house, and then also home confinement? Can there also be supervised release after that?

A sentence of 30 months or less is required for duirect court commitment. The program consists of a 6 month class and then 6 months in a CCC. There is also a requirement for a lack of serious criminal history and a lack of violence in the current offense. Obviously, the person would have to be camp eligible and have a judicial recommendation as well.
