Do any of you know if AZ allows any on unsupervised probabtion to get a passport? The person is not a AZ resident.

getting the passport is easy , being able to use it is the harder part.
I would suggest they check with their probation office in general but normally they can not leave an area without permission and depending on where they want to travel to makes a difference as many countries do not allow people with a record in
