this time I addressed my email directly to Buddy Nix, Chairman. now keep in mind this way about a week, so I figured they were just ignoring me as usual. Well, this afternoon I got a response from his assistant. She gave me the name and # of the investigator/hearing case worker that is over Chris' case. She told me that the case will go before the parole board in 60-90 days whent he investigation is complete.
So I guess we just wait and see now. But you know now that i have a name and # I will be contacting this case worker regularly! LOL
Just wanted to update everyone since a few of us gals were talking about trying to find out where the heck the TPM's are. That's actually what I wrote the board looking for.
Good luck to everyone else battling with the parole board right now... DO NOT GIVE UP!

I sent them an email a few minutes ago about the same thing, TPM. Maybe if they keep getting mail.... :)

I contacted the PAROLE BOARD for the 1st time a week and a half ago and got a response I didn't like. lol so I mailed them again on yesterday, so I am waiting for some HOPEFULLY good information about my man's TPM/parole eligibility date.

This is my first online message trying to get some answers to my sons TPM date. I have called several times and all I get is people that don't know any more than I do. I feel as if I am going around in circles. Can anyone send me the email address for the Georgia board of pardons and parole. My son has been locked up for 14 months and still does not have a TPM. This is his first time offense and it is non violent.

I got an email back from them today. I just asked a general question pertaining to TPM, and they answered with they needed his EF# so they could be specific. That really shocked me! :)

I usually email directly to the chairman of the Parole Board and get more specific answers to my questions that way because his assistant replies.
