PHONE # TO BOOK VISIST AT SAN QUENTIN?

Hello everyone!! i was wondering if anyone had the phone number i can call to book a visit at san quentin? i called the main number but would not give me the number theu only trnasfered me. any help is greatly aprpeciated...thanks

San Quentin's Visiting Telephone # Is 415-455-5022. Visiting Days For Non
Contact Are Thursdays, Fridays And Sat And Sun. You Must Call Monday Or
Tuesday Between The Hours Of 8-10 A.m. If The Line Is Busy, And It Usually
Is Just Keep Speed Dialing Until You Get A Open Line.

How do you know if they get non contact or contact visits? Do you have to call the same # for either type of visit? Do they have contact visits?? Sorry all the ???'s...:) I'm new to San Quentin...I appreciate any info that you can give me. :)

I have been in your shoes and maybe I can help you some.
When you call the prison to make your appointment, ask them your loved ones visiting status. Usually, when a inmate is in reception, they can only have non-contact visits for one hour on Saturday or Sunday. Thursday and Fridays, they have 1 1/2 hour visits unless that has changed in the last 4 weeks or so.
The CO's in the visiting room are very helpful with us rookies.
