My man is having problems convincing the prison,that he has his highschool diploma. According to their records(from a previous offense) he only has his grade 10 math and nothing else. Whenever he brings it up all the prison says is that according to his records he needs his highschool still.
How do you go about getting old records?
Also he's having problems with getting medical attention. He's a diabetic type 2, and has bone spurs in his heels. This info was confirmed when he was at Milhaven. But at Warkworth, they don't have that info from Milhaven, he hasn't seen a doctor yet(been there for 2 months) and all they have is his previous medical record from previous offense when he had ulcers. He doesn't have now. How do you go about getting the current medical records? He's having a hard time trying to convince them that he has these problems.
