This is the best place to post this thread, I guess. My new career is as a legal assistant. I work with a wonderful(and honest) attorney at a family violence crisis & intervention center. I love it here. It is difficult at times to listen to such horrible stories of abuse. Sometimes I find myself so, so sad and depressed. I am trying to learn to leave this stuff at the office. Hopefully none of you will every need my services, but if you ever do, please know that I am here.
