I noticed something odd on a letter I got today...normally the postmark is from the town he's in, but the letter I got today was postmarked San Bernardino, a distance of nearly 200 miles. Why would that happen?

Soul SLiver 10-04-2002, 01:52 PM :) I wish I knew :) Thanks though, both are answers that are totally feasable given it is the CDC we're dealing with. Cheetoes1 10-04-2002, 10:36 PM When My Husband was at CCI in Tehachipi, the post mark would always be from Mohave. But during the Holiday season his letter would come post marked from Santa Clarita. Which is over a hundred miles away. Atleast it's "in state" Three years ago, all my mail from my husband was first being sent to Witchita Kansas!! My PO Box # is the same as that city's zip code!! I was going nuts not receiving mail!! KellyA |
