Well it finally happened today......I called Florence, where Joey is at, to check on my visitation approval......and YES I was approved today!!! So on Saturday Im going to see my baby finally!!! I am so excited!!!
DOes anyone know if they get notified when we get approved, so that he can at least call me, maybe, before then? Do you think that they notified him yet, if I just got approved today? I really wanna talk to him, so bad.......and I called his counselor and asked him if there is any way for him to get word that I got approved so that he can call me. And all his stupid counselor said was for me to tell him on Saturday when I go see him. Well that makes no sence. Obviously he will know that I got approved if I go on Saturday......His counselor is such a dork.
I really really wanna talk to him. But then again, in a way, I sort of dont want to, cuz I wanna surprise him when I go on Saturday. But he will probably be mad cuz I didnt tell him that I was coming, and he would not have had time to do his precious hair!!!!
Also, if anyone has been to visitation, at Florence East Unit.....can you tell me what to expect when I go there on Saturday. What is the routine that I will have to follow? How long does it usually take before I can actually get in and see him? Anything that I need to know, other then the dress code. Ive been told about that about 50 times already......so i know all about that.....but what else do I need to know about? Where do I have to park? Where do I go in? Stuff like that....PLEASE any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Where Do U Live? We Have A Florence In Michigan And If Hes There, I Can Help U Out. Yes, He Will Get A Copy Of Ur Approval And Urs Will Be Mailed..so Most Likely He'll Know Ur Coming..all States R Diffrent, But If Ur In Mich, I Can Help U A Little..congrats! And Have A Great Visit!!:)

Joeysgirl ..your so lucky ..you are going to love your visit ..I remember my first visit in Tucson and you finally get to touch him ..after all the county stuff its great your going to love it and enjoy that kiss girl ....have fun ..be careful on your drive ...take extra clothes in case they dont like what you wear and dont forget you quarters ...you will be so happy and I am so happy for you ...I wish I could visit again ..but soon maybe 3 more months he will be back from Texas....ENJOY

Right on! Your man will be notified usually when you are and he should be able to send you a packet, like I have received, with all that info...You can also check the Arizona DOC website under the Friends and Family section for more information :fb:
