I really don't know how this system work but if it work anyway that I hope I'm looking to contact my brother that is in Segovia unit, His name is Rafeeg Yaaseenibn Siddeq, Should anyone know him or if he can read this contact me back.

I checked to tdcj site for your brother and he wasn't listed...have you tried to call the unit and ask..Segovia is a pre release facility so its my hope for you that he has been released already..best wishes
