Hi
I'm new to this.... I need some help. I spoke to my man today and his mobility is being affected by varicose veins. I asked him if they can't give him support hosiery?!! His response was "WE DON'T GET NOTHING IN HERE".
I do not want to believe that in a so called "advanced" society that basic medical care cannot be given to prisoners. Even if he is a condemned man, he is still HUMAN.
Is there someone I can call at the prison to get him this inexpensive and simple treatment, which would prevent further health complications?!! Or can I buy the support hosiery he needs and post it to him, myself?!!
Any information would be appreciated.
Peace
Dee
