Help! My friend is going to get me hurt!
I have a friend who is going back to her abuser after having their child taken, and she has been kicked out of the shelter for being late.
I went to their home the other night to see if they wanted to BBQ, and when I got inside the door, he was waving a gun around! Slammed the door behind ME, and I was scared. When he went to the bedroom to his victim, I ran out the door. I'm afraid he is thinking I am threat because she comes to visit me from time to time, and he is jealous that she is flirting with men on her way up here. He then ran out the door after me, and I just kept my distance and told him I don't know anything, and I just want to go home.
But my problem is, I want to report him, but am afraid that I will be putting me and my kids in jepoardy. What do you think I can do?
I also have some of her bags in my storage area here. I don't want anything to do with these people, how can I give her things back? I have heard of friends getting hurt trying to help.
I plan to tell her to not come here anymore, and want to tell him that also.
Any ideas?
