Ok, I am needing some help. Roger has asked me to find anything I can about what the State of Illinois has pending or recently passed pertaining to IDOC.

I have gone to the Illinois General Assembly and I have found some stuff, but I dont know if you guys would know of a better site.

I will keep looking and see what I can find.

That's probably the best site to go to. But you could also call your representative's office and ask them to give you a list of the bills pending or passed regarding IDOC. Anything that affects the criminal codes, courts, etc. What may happen is that you'll have to leave your number and have someone call you back. You could also fax a letter to their office. Keep faxing and calling until you get a response. I have had success doing it this way -- though I don't always get to talk directly to the representative. Usually I talk to one of the interns or aides, but they're always willing to help and probably happy to have something to do. If you're not from Illinois, just pick a Democratic representative and call that one.
