The former correctional officer who was charged with the murder for hire plot has pled guilty to all 5 counts against her.
Judge George Orndoff was quoted saying the former officer would receive either probation or a prison term of 3, 6, or 9 years. Does anyone else see anything wrong with the option of probation?!? She plead guilty to soliciting murder, having sex w/ an inmate, possession of illegal drugs, conspiring w/ the inmate and his mother to bring drugs into the prison, and smuggling 2 slashing weapons into the prison. Where are the California mandatory sentencing guidelines now?????

She needs to serve prison time. Some of our loved ones are serving years for crimes that are not nearly as bad as what she was doing. And they did not get off of with probation. Whether a officer or not she should serve prison time she did plead guilty.

Probation?? After pleading guilty to all 5 counts?? If she doesn't get the max term available... then apparently she must have slept with the judge also!

I don't understand how there could be such a wide range of possibilities for her sentencing. Why is she not getting the maximum snetence for each count. Like they give our loved ones. I'd like to know the specific counts and what what type of sentence each one carries. There sounds like (as usual ) something fishy is going on with Corcoran. Guard invovled with inmate ( sex, murder, drugs)--possible probation. Cover up as inmate bleeds to death-- silence.

Oh Yeah, She Needs A Long Term Prison Sentence, Maybe 25-to Life And The
Judge Should Use Her As A Example To Every Correctional Officer That Does
Something This Horrible.
