:) Does anyone know of any halfway houses in Newport News VA...also what the rules and regulations are when an inmate is released from federal prison and enters the halfway home??

and type in Newport under city. I came up with 80+ in the area though they are various treatment facilities and you will have to look threw them to find what you are inquiring about. As far as the rules and regulations, go to the Virginia forum and someone should know the rules about that. Hope that helps.
