I got a letter yesterday and he has been reclassified and now has 6 points. I really dont understand how the points system works, but he says he now minimum custody instead of medium. Right now he is at Idaho Correctional Center and it's pretty nice there. The visiting days are very flexible and the visiting room is nice. It's only table visits, but there still pretty good. Now that he's been reclassifed he can put in to be moved to South Idaho Crrectional Intitution. He's never been over there and from what I've read the visiting isn't as flexable, but you can walk around. He will be able to try and get a job out in the community while he's there. I still dont know how all that works yet. I dont know if just becasue he finds a job if that means they will definitly let him work or not. Right now I'm real nervous about the move, but that may be partly the fear of the unknown. I guess for the sake of trying to get a parole hearing this new classification may be a good thing. I sure hope so
