Correctional offices Goings and Martin have been charged by the Fayette County Prosecutor with having sex with Federal prisoners, then threatening them to keep them quiet.

Both men are said to have done this during the same three month period last year. One of the men is charged with having had sex with multiple prisoners, thus making the possible penatly for him up to 28 years in prison and up to a $450,000 fine.

When contacted by Lex 18 News, the Prison seemed unaware of the charges. They told the news reporter that they would call back in ten minutes, which they did, but as of tonight the Bureau has no comment on this situation.
