I was just sentenced to 41 months on March 1st. As of right now I do not know where I'll be going. I'm in south carolina now.

If anyone can give me some information on what the process is I would greatly appreciate it. I have no idea!

I guess I'm asking what the process will be in determining where I'll be going and what they do when I turn myself in. My charge is conspiracy, I've never been in trouble before. My level is 22.

If I am not mistaken(going from memory here), 22 points is a med-high or med facility. I think 25 would put you in a pen, not sure though.

You may want to spend some time with your attorney seeking clarity on the points as well as check for errors with someone who iis a suject matter expert.The gentleman GreyGhost is very good at this feel free to ask him whatever he will get back to you ASAP.May you have peace throughtout this ordeal. My son was at a level 27, received at 70 month sentence. He is to self report to FPC Montgomery, AL. Is this a Medium level camp or Minimum?
