I am getting so frustrated with GDC. My man has been in the prison system for 10 months this month. He is not in for a violent crime, and he still has NO TPM? What is going on?

I don't know. Did you call the parole board and ask them? My man still doesn't have a TPM either. I know it's frustrating. When I called the parole board, they did tell me it would be another 2 months of "investigating" before they would decide on a TPM. So we're praying for April release. How many years did he get?

I called the parole board but I did the automated parole thing. I can call them and actually talk to someone about when he can expect one? How long has your man been in the system. He got 2 charges that are ran concurrent. So I HONESTLY don't know how long he actually has. He's been in for 2 years and his charge was for 6.
Thanks for responding too!

Hey Mrskendrick2u, I am also dealing with the GDC and I have a number where you can talk to a person who will give the info. 404-656-5712. If you call after business hours you will get routed to the automated system. Hope this helps. If you need any more info feel free to contact me. I will help in any way I can. Now he should be getting his letter soon also(confirmation) but I went through the same thing. Mike didn't get his letter or any word for 11 mnths.

We are waiting on Chris' TPM as well.
He has seen his PO a few times now and they keep telling him he should be home in June, but still no TPM. GA is such a joke.
I hope you have luck speaking to someone at the parole board. I think I will be calling myself here soon.

you should be hearing something soon. because he has already served 1/3 of his sentence. Call the parole board and talk to someone because your man will knoow in writing before they put it on the automated system.
