My 13 year old son was placed in Indiana Department Of Correction for an indetermination length of time. He is at Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility. Has anyone had a child here before? He has not been in any trouble for the two months he has been there.They tell him the average stay is 10-12 months, yet our county told me it would be like 6 months. No one seems to be able to give me an answer: What is the shortest amount of time he would have to spend with all good behavior and completing his one program (thinking for a change)??
