DESTROYING YOUNG LIVES AT BUTLER CI and Making Madmen out of Children
Guards have too much power but not enough self-control to 'rehabilitate' anyone, let alone our chldren!

I've received some particularly disturbing news about the treatment of youthful offenders moving through the North Florida Reception Center, aka BUTLER CI. Butler is a central receiving station for all prisoners being moved into the north Florida system. It is also supposed to be a medical facility where prisoners needing intensive medical care, surgeries etc, are brought for treatment.

The atrocities we are reporting today involves the young people under the unprofessional and criminal 'care' of Butler guards. I-Dorm seems to be a particularly nasty place to be if you are young, gay, sick or alive.
I remember when Gary Waid began screaming out to the media, "Stop the beatings before someone gets killed." Of course, he was ignored (lying inmate) and within a couple of months, Valdes died at the hands of ... Well, you know who. Will this missive also be ignored?
[NOTE: Oh, by the way, his fans will be happy to know GARY BROOKS WAID, the 'Smuggler' who told his 'Tales from Jails' WAS RELEASED DAYS AGO and is now as free as they come in this society.

In the fervor to 'punish' offenders and to hell with 'rehabilitation' the guards in the following account are making sure these young lives will never be able to reform and reintegrate into society. No wonder they are leaving prison with 'Post Traumatic Syndrome', shell-shocked just as if they've been in a war. That frame of mind puts all of us
in future danger and if you believe otherwise, you are part of the problem!

Dear Ms Kay Lee,
I am writing to you about me and other juveniles who is being abused everyday and threatened to have their life taken by the Sgt. on the third shift.
4-10-03 - Happened again last night, stating he will "killed" any juvenile who bring down any paper work or anyone else who help them do it. Ok, I am the one who is helping them on this matter. We need something done about it ASAP through or by your group using FDLE, who can help out in this matter. That way, these people can be punished for all the wrong doing to the under age kids.
And you have officers here also that was pushing broom sticks up in gay's rectum, stating, "It don't look like he got no pussy to me. That look like shit on the stick to me." UNQUOTE!
There is a lots of abuse going on, and the only way you can catch them, you are going to have to put some under age gays (white, black, and Spanish). The same with young people of the same age. They got to be "undercover" with nobody knowing what they are doing in here, nobody but the people who is sending them.
There is a "conspiracy" to hurt or "kill" every inmate they can, no matter their age, race, as long as they can get away with it.
If something isn't done about this matter real soon, then you will have more serious abuse going on than you have now, because the people are going crazy here with that abuse.
The medical people are real real bad, to the point the sick inmates are passing out on the yard and dorm AFTER they take the medication that they are given. For lack of co-operation from the officers on what the medical department tells them, what to do concerning how to treat the inmates who come out of the operation room and have 'medical
passes' to lay in. But the officers make them go to the yard no matter what, and they get bad off sick and pass out on the rec yard from all these abuses from the prison staff here at Lake Butler.
So, you have a change of command on how to kill inmates and get away with it, and the whole state of Florida is letting them do it.
So as of right now, these people are off the change, when it comes down to hurting inmates who be coming through here to get medical treatment. But instead they get beated up, ribs broken, head busted, sexually abused and even killed for simple things, as not saying 'yes sir' or 'no mam'. Or talking in line and other simple things as they hate you for no reason that they can think of and get away with it. Kay, you need a whole, whole, whole lots of staff changes here, that way all this sickness can leave.
Please send copies to our familys for me. They are waiting on this, way they can get some of their sons an attorney, ok?
