my wife has been put on po hold for probation violation. This is about the 3 rd time they've done this. It seems that po officers are god. So far she has served about 75% of her sentence. I've heard that wisconsin passed a new law on early release. I need to know more about that. Also it seems that they got her to sign a waiver for a hearing and are just keeping her in county jail. It seems to me she has spent enough time in jail\ prision for a first time fraud offence. ANY suggestions would be appreciated
Hi, not real familiar with this type of violation, but you may wish to go to the Wisconsin forum. There might be people with some answers there. Good Searching!

yes the Probation officiers do think they are GOD, but in the end they too will face a judge, and the one that counts for that matter. Tell your wife to keep her chin up, if she has done 75% of her time it is almost over. Good luck to both of you!
