Hello, Well It took a while but Im sad to say what I have heard aint all good. Rob says they feed them good. Meat and potatoes so hes happy about that. I understand that hes already witnessed 3 stabbings and has been housed with some rough guys, Respect, respect he said.He is suppost to go to the camp but there having a problem getting a Teltex from huntsville. What in the world is that? I dont know?

i know that this thread is old...but my fiance was just transferred to the ferguson unit today. has the unit cleaned up or is it still rough. i heard it's an old id unit and the officers and security is laxed. is that true? i'm so worried for him, he's a layed back person that doesn't want any trouble and from reading the old posts, that's not the kind of place ferguson is. any info on the unit would be wonderful guys! i have the phone number and address, but if anyone could shed some light on this unit i'd appreciate it!

Ferguson has had the same reputation almost since it opened way back when...however, as with all of the older units, the minimum custody end of the facility is pretty laid back while the close and even medium custody housing can get sort of rough.
