Is there anything new since you last reported these things for Victorville? I mean, maybe a few things improved/changed. I'm hoping, since that is where I would like to be sent to when I self-surrender. I get sentenced April 12, 2004, and will be serving 16 months.

With a 16 month sentence, you would not likely go to this institution - unless you are a woman. The FCI is for male inmates, but most anyone with a 16 months sentence would probably be designated to a camp. The camp at Victorville is for female inmates.
