Do you have anything on interstate compact in Alabama? I would like to speed up the process in getting Wayne home but haven't found anything. Also, Wayne is being housed at Kilby in Mount Meigs.

Is kilby in Florida? I couldn't find it. As for interstate compacts, does he have charges pending in Alabama? If so let me know and I do have a little info about extradition.

Kilby is in Alabama. He has no charges pending and has been reinstated on his parole - it's just waiting on the paperwork to go from one state to another!!! It's so frustrating. The Parole Board hasn't even released his paperwork yet to get the process started.

I am assumming that his parole is in Florida. There is a woman in Tallahassee that handles interstate compact. Check out the link above and see if you can find a # for Tallahassee. If not I will do some leg work and find out the info for you. Until Alabama sends the paper work to Tallahassee there is probably not much that can be done. One thing I don't understand is that if they reinstated his parole then why didn't they release him?
