I think the drawings printed out on photos paper would be fine!!! I am going through the birthday thing now.. His birthday is March 3rd.. and every day since last week I send 2 birthday cards.. 23 all together.. I should be done by Saturday.. haha.. thank god the store down the street is going out of business and their cards were 4/99 cents.. lol.. I think the birthday cake is a great idea.. wish I would have thought about that one.. I bought him a few books and sent him some *special pictures* and printed out some stuff I knew he would like off the internet.. one was about "this day in history" and had everything that happened on March 3rd throughout history, he loved it.. There's is soo much you wanna do and then so much we can't do.. it gets frustrating.. lol.. but I hope he likes and appreciates all you do for him!!!!!

I am gonna buy him a new Bible and a Christian magazine subscription...also i am gonna bake him a cake and put "Happy B-day Daddy" on it, take a picture of it, and send it to him. Of course then comes all the cards, stationary, envelopes, $, and if he has a special request..I will take it!

My man can get things on photo paper as long as it don't have any white left around the picture/drawing so I would just make sure you trim it if the picture don't fit the whole paper. I don't know if they have that rule where you are. Other then that I he should have a problem getting it.

Well James' birthday is March 19th. SO I too have been working on the birthday thing. Last year I sent him 27 birthday cards, pictures of me and presents (paper ones that were more IOU's). He is planning on redeeming each and everyone when he gets home in a little over 100 days. So I have been stressing about how to make this one better. So I will tell you ladies what I came up with and any suggestions are welcomed. I am doing the 28 items for James like the 12 days of Christmas, so I have 28 birthday candles, 27 balloons (paper cut out to look like balloons), 26 French kisses, 25 minutes of massage, etc. etc. I am putting together something for each number and mailing them in packages so that he gets them a few days before his birthday. I had a hard time comming up with the higher number ones.

I think I will also inlcude the day in history idea. Any ideas you ladies have I sure could use the help.

I THINK THE PICTURES WILL BE OK AND YOU HAVE SOME REALLY GOOD IDEAS BUT JUST CALL THE PRISON AND FIND OUT WHAT IS ALLOWED. YOU DONT WANT TO PUT ALL THAT EFFORT IN SOMETHING AND THEN HAVE THEM SEND IT BACK TO YOU! AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOUR MAN FROM ME!
