Hav there been any update on the three stike law or manditory sentencing.

I think the 3 stikes law would not be needed if they helped these people have the tools they need to live a producitve life on the outside...educate tham , find out what made them get to the point in there life that led them to prison..etc...but I guess taht would mean they would have to accept prisoners as people......

I agree with but I seen the Sober Living in Long Beach. i feel rules are too hard and i thought it was a place to help. Even tho their in the streets and I think that place don't it takes time. one the who that get put out is having sex. you get man or locked up and now get chance to do it. only thing on the mind is that passion and even people deal with AA. will that people back slide but if know that they br replaced it is all about numbers. some have to trust in them. heard that the three stikes law is before the US Sumpreme Court but i do not know when it will come up. about the Inmates I think that bad keeps other who might be ub the level. yet there are so many out for the bigger and better deal.

There are a lot of activities planned for October in preparation for the Supreme Court hearing in an attempt to educate the public and bring them out to support the cause.
