My question is if an Inmate from Az is sent to Texas for Overcrowding (like my guy) do they have inmates from Texas there too...do they go by Texas Law or Az law???? is it the same rules and regs like when he was in Tucson ???just wondering ...I talk with him on the phone but we barley have time to say I Love and miss you before it cuts off .... I think I will write him about this :) ...so far I Know hes with guys that came over from Tucson in the same room (20 guys to a dorm)..but I wonder if there are other states there ???if anyone knows can you let me know ,....Thanks ...
